In‑person decluttering sessions are available in Adelaide and virtual decluttering sessions worldwide. Sessions can be tailored to suit your schedule and individual needs.

Government Funded Support

NDIS Participants

We welcome enquiries from self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. As an unregistered provider, we do not work with NDIA-managed plans.

Our decluttering and home organising services may be suitable where they relate to a participant’s disability needs, daily living, and NDIS goals. Support may include hands-on help with sorting, categorising, organising, setting up storage systems, and building routines for a more functional home.

Common NDIS line items may include:

  • 01_020_0120_1_1 — Assistance with household tasks

  • 15_037_0117_1_3 — Development of daily living and life skills

Travel:

We service Woodcroft SA and surrounding areas. Where applicable and agreed in advance, non-labour travel costs may apply for locations outside our local 15 km service area, in line with current NDIS pricing rules.

Please note: funding suitability depends on the participant’s individual plan, goals, and circumstances. Please check with your plan manager or support coordinator if you are unsure.

Aged Care Participants

We may be able to assist Aged Care participants with practical decluttering and home organising support where it aligns with their approved supports and care arrangements.

Support may include sorting, organising, reducing clutter, and creating simple storage systems to help make the home easier to manage and more functional for everyday living.

If you are receiving support through Support at Home or another aged care arrangement, please check with your provider to confirm whether funding can be used for these services.

Please note: Declutter with Love SA focuses exclusively on hands-on decluttering, categorising, organisation, and storage systems. We do not provide domestic house cleaning, yard maintenance, or rubbish removal services.

More Information:

Kickstarter Session — 3 Hours

This session provides a personalised overview of your home and the options available to help you declutter and organise your space. We’ll talk through what’s feeling overwhelming, identify priority areas, and start making progress together.

Alternatively, this session is perfect for decluttering smaller spaces such as linen cupboards or ensuites.

After our session, you’ll feel lighter, clearer, and more confident about what to do next.

Focused Session — 4 Hours

The Focused Session is ideal when you’re ready to spend dedicated time on one larger space with hands‑on support.

This session works beautifully for walk‑in wardrobes or large pantries, where sorting, decluttering, and reorganising can make a big difference to daily life.

This option is perfect if you want noticeable progress and a space that feels calmer and easier to use.

Deep‑Dive Session — 6 Hours

The Deep‑Dive Session is designed for spaces that need more time, care, and attention.

This session is well suited to standard kitchens or family rooms—busy areas of the home where thoughtful organisation can make everyday routines feel smoother and less stressful.

This option is ideal if you’re looking for meaningful progress, visible results, and a more relaxed, functional space.

Important - all sessions include:

  • Practical decluttering and organising tips tailored to your home

  • Hands‑on decluttering, categorising and zoning assistance for the booked timeframe

  • Supportive guidance to help you make confident decisions

  • Help with implementing simple systems that are easy to maintain

  • Guidance on how to maintain your space into the future — this is important, so your hard work lasts

  • Removal of general donations accepted by charity that comfortably fit in a standard vehicle

If helpful, recommendations for organising products can be provided on a case‑by‑case basis. Not every space needs new products, and sustainability is always considered first.

If you’re unsure which session is right for you, we can decide together during your complimentary consultation.

Please Note:

  • Declutter with Love SA is not a rubbish removal service.

  • Only minimal cleaning is undertaken, as this is a separate service to decluttering and organising.

  • If product sourcing is required, travel and service fees apply.

Prior to Your first visit

If possible, please have garbage or shopping bags and cardboard boxes available for donations or rubbish. Sustainability and re‑using what you already have is an important value of Declutter with Love SA.

At the first session

We’ll begin with a short discussion about your goals and how you’d like your home to function and feel. We focus on progress over perfection to reduce pressure and overwhelm.

We typically start with high‑impact areas, such as floors and flat surfaces, and remove obvious rubbish, recycling, and items beyond repair.

Items are then categorised using a simple sorting station so we can understand volume and organisational needs.

We’ll identify duplicates or items that are no longer required, and when needed, create a “Maybe” box so decisions don’t feel rushed.

We may also discuss:

  • Setting up a short‑term or ongoing donation station

  • Creating memory boxes for sentimental items

  • Using furniture or existing items in new ways to improve functionality

The goal is always to support steady, sustainable progress — and to help your confidence grow with each step.
