Government Funded Support
NDIS Participants
We welcome enquiries from self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. As an unregistered provider, we do not work with NDIA-managed plans.
Our decluttering and home organising services may be suitable where they relate to a participant’s disability needs, daily living, and NDIS goals. Support may include hands-on help with sorting, categorising, organising, setting up storage systems, and building routines for a more functional home.
Common NDIS line items may include:
-
01_020_0120_1_1 — Assistance with household tasks
-
15_037_0117_1_3 — Development of daily living and life skills
Travel:
We service Woodcroft SA and surrounding areas. Where applicable and agreed in advance, non-labour travel costs may apply for locations outside our local 15 km service area, in line with current NDIS pricing arrangements.
Please note: funding suitability depends on the participant’s individual plan, goals, and circumstances. Please check with your plan manager or support coordinator if you are unsure.
Aged Care Participants
We may be able to assist Aged Care participants with practical decluttering and home organising support to improve safety, functionality, and create a calmer home environment that supports independent living.
Our services are provided where they align with approved supports and care arrangements. If you are transitioning into or navigating the Support at Home program, please check with your provider to confirm funding.
Please note: Declutter with Love SA focuses exclusively on hands-on decluttering, categorising, organisation, and storage systems. We do not provide domestic house cleaning or yard maintenance services.

Attend your session and work with us to declutter and organise your home at a pace that supports meaningful and practical progress. Having in-home support can make decision-making easier and help you make steady, practical progress.
-
Follow‑up support is provided after your session(s) to check how things are working in your home environment and whether any further support is needed.
Prior to Your first visit
If possible, please have garbage or shopping bags and cardboard boxes available for donations or rubbish. We encourage using existing household items where possible to support sustainability.
At the first session
We’ll begin with a short discussion about your goals and how you’d like your home to function and feel. We focus on progress over perfection to reduce pressure and overwhelm.
We typically start with high‑impact areas, such as floors and flat surfaces, and remove obvious rubbish, recycling, and items beyond repair.
Items are then categorised using a simple sorting station so we can understand volume and organisational needs.
We’ll identify duplicates or items that are no longer required, and when needed, create a “Maybe” box so decisions don’t feel rushed.
We may also discuss:
-
Setting up a short‑term or ongoing donation station
-
Creating memory boxes for sentimental items
-
Using furniture or existing items in new ways to improve functionality
The goal is always to support steady, sustainable progress — and to help your confidence grow with each step.
